Our 2023 SME Employment and Employer Insights Report took a deep-dive into the latest employment trends across Aotearoa New Zealand. Demand has increased hugely in the construction sector over the past few years, so it's good news that our report has revealed a significant 10% drop in employee churn in this sector since 2020; from 46.5% to 36.5%!
