Came in for a trim and because Tammie was so great to talk to and made me feel at home I went home with lighter hair. I am very dark brown and wanted to let my natural grey come in, she helped me start the process. I am so pleased with the result. Tammie is definitely very experienced in hair care. It’s been 2 weeks and my hair has very very little damage.

First time I went Tammy got me right in. Second time I was to go, I called a half hour before my appointment and she canceled on me with out even calling to let me know. Now she’s just packed as far out as she couldn’t tell me when. What a joke. Reliability and responsible you get a bag fat 0 ! If people can’t count on you you won’t be there long. Maybe book with someone other than Tammy.

Critical:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueIf I could give it less than 1 star I would. Tammy Atkins is the stylist that took care of me. I went in for a cut and hi lo lights. She decided to dye my hair and thin it out (I do have a lot of hair). It looked pretty good when I left. When I got home I had such a hard time trying to style my hair. After about a week I realized by the crown of my head she thinned my hair to 3 inches in length, I only had a few strands on top of it, that was the problem, the hair was so short it was sticking out. I have had many bad haircuts in my life, this by far is the worst. I notified Tammy, I was so upset, she denied everything. She wouldn’t even admit to her mistakes. All I can say is that she needs to find a new profession, do not let her put a scissor to your head. It will be years before my hair grows back!!
