McCay Services were held this morning at the Chandler Funeral Home for Miss Margaret E.

McCay, 95, of 1000 Jefferson Street. She died Saturday in the Rest Haven Nursing Home after a long illness. Interment, was in Oxford, Miss McCay was born in Maryland and spent most of her life in Wilmington. She was the daughter of the late James G. and Isabelle C.

Broughton McCay and was an aunt of the late Mrs. Mark E. Flounders of Wilmington. She is survived by a niece, Mrs. George Riale of Kennett Square; two grand nieces, Mrs.

George Emerson, of Pittsburgh, and Mrs. James W. Supplee of Philadelphia, and two grandnephews, James M. Flounders of Hingham, and George D. Riale of Kennett Square.

Mrs. Harry M. Blondel Private services will be held tomorrow evening at Nichols Funeral 210 North James Newport, for Mrs. Lillie M. Blondel, 71, of 804 Windsor Avenue, Silview.

Mrs. Blondel died yesterday at her home after a long illness. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown, Md. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow after 8 p. m.

Mrs. Blondel was born near Hagerstown and lived there came to Delaware seven and a half years ago. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Hagerstown. She is survived by her husband, Harry M.

Blondel; a son, Paul with whom she made her home: and a granddaughter, Patricia Ann. John E. Burke Solemn requiem mass will be offered Saturday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church for John E. Burke, 58, of 227 Bassett Avenue, Manor Park.

Mr. Burke, a native of Wilmington, retired from the Safeway meat processing firm because of his health. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Our Lady of Fatima Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Francis Z.

Burke; two sons, John Manor Park and Joseph Harmony Hills; a sister, Miss Mary Burke, Wilmington; and three grandchildren. Mrs. Albert Mertes Mrs. Theresa Elizabeth Dutmers Mertes, 55, of 1303 North Franklin Street, died yesterday in The Memorial Hospital. Born in Grand Rapids, she lived in Wilmington for several years.

Miss Hernandez attended St. Mar- Sentencing In 3 Cases Deferred Sentencing was deferred in Municipal Court today for two men found guilty of driving while intoxicated and for a third whose appeal on the same charge was remanded from Superior Court.

Found guilty of a second offense by Judge Thomas Herlihy, was Fred E. Wright, 53, of 700 block West Second Street. Wright, on Christmas Eve, had slammed into a car at Eighth and King Streets, demolishing it and damaging two other parked cars. The judge ordered a presentence investigation and continued the case until March 8. Joseph L.

Godwin, 29, of 1200 block Apple Street, arrested Feb. 1 when he was stopped by park police for questioning about an accident at South Park Drive and Van Buren Street. His case was continued until March 15. The appeal of Robert Farrall. 24, of 200 block Adele' Road.

Collins Park, came back from the higher court. Farrell had been fined $200 and costs in the city court. The judge gave him until March 1 to pay the fine. Beth Shalom Lists Religion Symposium The Alumni Association of Temple Beth Shalom will hold a symposium Sunday at the Temple, Eighteenth Street and Baynard at 6 p. m.
