About
The Main Grain Bakery LLC creates a variety of handcrafted breads, pastries, and other baked goods in a cozy and inviting space. Sarah Jo More, a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, started making pies and sweets in her apartment while attending school. She soon teamed up with two neighbors who specialized in sourdough bread, leading to fun parties and collaboration. Visitors to this bakery must make it a priority stop as the asiago thyme bread is simply astonishing.

Got the asiago/thyme and the rustic white along with a chocolate brownie cookie. The cookie was really good. Had the asiago/thyme with a veal and porcini bolognese and pasta with dinner tonight. The bread was great! Can’t wait to try the rustic white with breakfast tomorrow. I don’t live close but when I’m near, I will definitely be returning for more. American, cheddar, Swiss, Monterey Jack on rustic white. F’ing awesome!
We bought 3 cheesecakes as a dessert for my father in law’s celebration of life party in Plover a few weekends ago. Hands down the best cheesecake I have ever had!!! Multiple guests came up and asked where it was from. The staff was so kind when I called in to order, pick up was easy, and the bakery is adorable on the inside. We had breakfast the morning we picked up… the English muffin breakfast sandwich was outstanding! 5 stars is not enough. Amazing experience. We will be back in town next week and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Main Grain!!

Customers use a small walk-up window to order, so a little different than most bakeries (no display case). We bought muffins and bread, both were fantastic. There's a coffee shop next door.
The sandwiches are incredible! Best option around. Can’t believe how long it took me to get here. Excited for the wine Thursday night events.
